Cassity Consulting is a veteran-owned for-profit company dedicated to driving social impact and advancing the greater good of our community. Real solutions require management to wear many hats, and think creatively with limited resources. I saw a need for personalized, results-driven consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet the specific unique needs of nonprofits and business owners. We value a commitment to excellence to provide actionable, sustainable strategies for growth and resilience.

Since starting the company in 2024, we have partnered with nonprofits and forprofits surpassing expections and filling the gaps with grant writing, board training, donor engagment, and fundraising, building websites and assisting with marketing plans.
We offer a wide range of consulting services for nonprofits and businesses getting started and organizations that are ready to expand programs and services. Services are tailored to fit each organization’s unique needs.

Heather brings 25 years of operational and management experience.
Before establishing Cassity Consulting, she lead the top charity in Anne Arundel County, The Light House Homeless Prevention Support Center as the Executive Director. Prior to working in the nonprofit industry, Heather served in the United States Navy working as a linguist, analyst, and instructor.
